Due to expansion in Surrey, we are now looking for the following people.

Lettings Manager

This is highly demanding yet rewarding role for the right person who can manage an office within our organisation.

We would expect this person to have had a possible successful Corporate Letting Agency career who may now be looking for a change in direction by working for a smaller market leading independent letting Agency where ones achievements are always recognised and input is both welcomed and acknowledged.

Qualities should include;

· Highly organised individual
· ARLA qualified
· Posses motivation skills and be team orientated
· Be able to negotiate often complex and important transactions
· Ability to liaise and discreetly handle; High net worth clients and very often, people in the media.
· Extremely confident on telephone and client meetings/valuations
· Previous experience necessary
· Smart appearance
· Own car is essential

Lettings Negotiator

This is an exiting opportunity for an individual who likes to work in an environment surrounded by some of the most attractive properties in Surrey with the prospect of meeting new people every day to help them find their new home.

We would expect this person to posses excellent communication skills and probably have had a selling background already.

Full training can be given however, an experienced ARLA qualified candidate is preferred for this position.

Qualities should include;

· Highly motivated and organised individual
· ARLA qualified preferred
· Posses some negotiation skills and be team orientated
· Ability to liaise and discreetly handle; High net worth clients and very often people in the media.
· Extremely confident on telephone and property viewings
· Previous experience preferred but all candidates will considered based on their qualities.
· Smart appearance
· Own car is essential
